The airlines have PLENTY of applications on file. You have one chance, just one at an interview. Not many get invited back. Why take that risk and go in cold?
Pilots are trained professionals with expectations of the highest standards of excellence. This will be expected at your interview, and you need to be prepared.

Why should we sign up for the interview prep now instead of waiting for the interview?

It is never too early to sign up for many reasons. First, you could get a call at the last minute and have very little time to prepare and get on the schedule to do the prep session(s).
Second, this gives you plenty of time to go over all the interview preparation documents and the airline questions so you will be ahead of the game.
We can also help prepare for job fairs and meet and greet events that could help you get an interview.

Do you provide study information for specific carriers?

We provide you with some general information regarding the basic pilot interview in addition to a process description and targeted questions carriers are known to ask

Are live coaching events included?

Yes, each of our sessions are performed using Zoom.

Which carriers do you do interview preparation?

All carriers. American, Delta, United, FedEx and UPS are just the largest global carriers we can prepare you for.

Where do your interview prep coaches come from?

All of our interview prep and panel coaches have interviewed pilots at a global airline. Three of our coaches have hired over 14,000 combined pilots at American Airlines. Our pilot panel coaches were all members of the selection team and have performed hundreds of interviews for global carriers

Why do we need a professionally prepared resume?

Some companies use the resume in the interview process. You want to make it easy to help them follow you through the format they are accustomed to.
When attending job fairs or airline Meet and Greet events, recruiters are expecting to be presented with an industry standard, one-page resume containing your relevant information in a common format that is easy for them to review.

Why have my application reviewed – why can’t I have a friend proof-read it?

Your application is typically the first impression the airline has of you so a professionally prepared application is a necessity. Our experts can review both AirlineApps and Pilot Credentials documents.
If you leave out one important field that is required when accessing the records, your application may not ever be pulled.
