Precision Interviewing Course
Get everything you need for all airlines. Airline-specific precision training — no surprises — that prepares you to net multiple CJOs at all of the top airlines.
Incorporate the skills as you practice either generic questions or questions specific to your targeted airline. We will make sure you are prepared and conduct follow-ups if necessary. If for some reason you are not hired, we will do a complimentary brush-up for another airline interview. We make sure the airline recruiters are getting to know you — not us or anyone else.

Application Review
Haven’t gotten the call yet? It could be because you’ve got landmines in your application. This service provides a full review of your airline applications. We cover technical issues, errors, omissions, inconsistencies, spelling, grammar, and more. The goal is to be sure the true and full story is on the application.
Most major airlines have moved away from third-party application platforms to their own — American, United, Southwest, jetBlue, Spirit, FedEx and UPS each run their own. Delta uses Airline Apps. The review covers each platform you are applying through.
Resume Development
Prepare an industry standard one-page resume that will effectively sell your qualifications and be easy to follow in your interview.

With increasing frequency, the most informal meet and greets or job fairs with airlines or aviation companies can result in potential opportunities for immediate employment. Are you ready? Collegiate Aviation Seminars give students tips on how to plan the pilot career and avoid the pitfalls that slow down the process — the career path, keeping correct records, education, networking, preparing for the job hunt and exactly what the airlines are evaluating in the interview process.
